		<description><![CDATA[It doesn&#039;t say for sure but she made a similar cake a few months before the cupcake and the Peacock Cake feathers were made of fondant...so I am just assuming it is fondant.  Although almond slivers would be a great idea.  Either way..amazing!]]></description>
