I had a hard time figuring out what to call this one; it’s so unique! I love the “ribbon” texture of the shaped chocolate and keep wondering “how’d they do that?!”

The shaped edges really make the ribbons stand out, and I like the stark stripe of dark chocolate next to the white. A stunning cake overall, but…how did they cut it?
