Check. it. out. An extra large cupcake is ALWAYS okay with Christen. That’s for sure. Pile it high with delicious buttercream icing. Yes please. Oh, what’s that you say? You want to surround it with normal sized cupcakes and top them with chocolate covered strawberries?

Thump. That was me hitting the floor dead. How come I have never seen chocolate covered strawberries on cupcakes before? How come I didn’t think of that?

This cake was featured at a wedding shower and I think that’s an excellent time to exploit the big cupcake. Have you ever heard of chocolate covered strawberries on cupcakes? Am I out of the loop or is this a new idea for you as well?
