So maybe my local radio station stopped playing Christmas Carols at approximately 8 p.m. last night. I, however, am still brimming with Christmas Spirit from head to toe. So that combined with the plethora of gorgeous winter wedding cakes abound I’ve decided to continue Christmas Cake Week 2011 (CCW11 for those “in the know”). Although, this week we’ll try and focus on more Winter themed cakes instead of straight up Santa and Rudolf. Although I miss those guys already…don’t you?

What about these cute little Winter Pine Tree Cakes. They would be adorable as mini-cakes served at the reception. I also think they could make adorable table settings that turn into favors for wedding guests. Either way these cakes are just that..adorable. The addition of powdered sugar and mini-marshmallows add that winter feeling that make it appropriate for CCW11. See know you’re in the know!
