Normally, I don’t feature cake pics that were obviously taken in the work room of a bakery, or in other non-glamorous settings.  But c’mon.  It’s a sombrero cake.  I mean, seriously.  I couldn’t resist.

THIS…is a fun couple.  I mean, I’m sure there is probably some kind of cultural connection…or perhaps they met in Mexico, or were heading to Mexico for their honeymoon, or waited tables in the same taqueria.  At any rate, we know from the comments on this pic that cake toppers included “three amigos” and “Dia de los Muertos” figurines, so we’re pretty sure this was a rockin’ wedding reception.  What do you think?  Would you go with a themed cake if the theme was something really meaningful to you and your affianced?
