As a lover of all things French and anything featuring pearls, I am madly, head over heels in love with these pearl macarons. They are refined, gorgeous, and would be perfect at an elegant reception or even for a bridal shower. Imagine a Paris-themed wedding with these plated as a centerpiece on the tables or better yet, the macarons could be the wedding favors in beautiful little bags tied with a black ribbon. Oh the possibilities!

If you're curious about what makes these cookies so incredible, let me tell you. Macarons are small meringue cookies that are usually flavored with almond and feature delicate frosting in between the cookies. The macarons featured in the photo are from an Etsy store named Le Bonbon and can be ordered in Tiffany blue (yes please!), soft pink, or white. And, the pearls are edible!

I might have to order a dozen of these and and dream of a small cafe on the streets of Paris as I enjoy the macarons!
