Pumpkin Wedding Cake

Of the best things about fall is the annual visit to the local pumpkin farm. We get to pick our own pumpkins out in the fields and then it’s time to buy pumpkin doughnuts.

There’s no denying that the pumpkins are the stars of the season.

And so, if you’re planning a fall wedding it only makes sense to add some pumpkins to your decor or even to the dessert table.

I’m a huge fan of today’s featured cake – thanks to the fall colors and the mini pumpkin.

If you want to add some fall touches to your big day, this is the perfect way to do just that.

The wedding cake features a fun and whimsical ruffled tier decked out in orange ombre and the little pumpkin on top of the cake is an adorable seasonal topper.

It’s the perfect amount of orange – which is admittedly a difficult color to add to your color scheme – and it’s not “too much fall” themeing!
