Wedding Cookies

We've all seen candy bars at wedding receptions where guests can pack a little take home box full of sweet treats for later, but what about a cookie buffet? It seems these are all the rage in the great city of Pittsburgh.

I find this to be a fascinating and really fun trend when it comes to wedding receptions. Sure, everyone expects cake for dessert but imagine how surprised your guests would be to see a table full of cookies! And we're not talking just a few cookies either. No sir!
